The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The helpful and friendly staff provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of hot and cold options, and the top-floor location provides a great view of the city.
The noise level in some parts of the hotel can be disruptive at times.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. Located in a fantastic area, just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city center, it made exploring the city so convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their fluency in English was a huge plus. The room was immaculately clean, and when I requested a room with a better view, they promptly accommodated me. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and I particularly enjoyed the clean and well-maintained pool. the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel was impressive.
I highly recommend this hotel to families, as it offers a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful interior with luxurious ambiance. Great view of St. Isaac's Cathedral. Varied and delicious breakfast buffet. Polite and accommodating front desk.
